The Bulb Glass is Cactus Glassworks’ humble take on the basic drinking glass. Inspired by forms found in nature, the design features a smoothly curved shape that conforms beautifully to all sizes of hands. Thoughtfully designed to be a versatile and artistic drinking glass, the Bulb Glass looks just as gorgeous holding plain water as it does holding the finest wine or colorful craft cocktail. Available in clear or an expressive nature-inspired color pattern which evokes growing vines, fire, and other upward motion.
These glasses are fully hand blown without the use of molds, so they each have a slightly different shape and size. Each Bulb Glass will measure around the average dimensions of 3.75 to 4.5 inches tall and 3.25-3.75 inches in diameter at the widest point. 1) Clear: This is the classic Bulb Glass in pure cristallo (clear glass).
2) Orange: A yellowish orange with a warm tone; has a lovely partially-transparent quality to it in some spots while looking mostly opaque upon first glance.
3) Glittering green: A special glass color called aventurine which has a unique and eye-catching sparkle to it!
4) Pale rose: A nice pink color that has an elegant character to it.
5) Pigeon gray: A lovely gray color with a reasonable amount of blue in it.
6) Fire mix: Red, orange, and yellow mixed together; tends to evoke the imagery of flames.
7) Earth mix: A lighter and darker brown mixed together to create a beautifully earthy mix.
8) Grass mix: Three green colors, including a transparent gem-tone and the glittering green color, are mixed together to produce a fabulous and glamorous combination.
9) Dusk mix: Glittering green mixed with red creates an intriguing, moody combination.
10) Space mix: Over a palette of black sits a light purple along with glittering green–creates an entrancing, glittering, space-like effect.
